A few Fridays ago, I met my friend, Mike, at the Food Truck court and sadly, only one was there: Fired Up Pizza. I can’t say mine was horrible; it had its moments. The spinach was pretty tasty with the cheese but I did opt out of eating the crust. Maybe I was just really hungry or it was due to pregnancy but it was decent.
